How we transact

We originate and/or arrange commercial, investment, and specialized financing where we are licensed or exempt. We are not a bank, savings association, or credit union. A third-party lender typically funds an approved file. Nothing on this website means we are the funding source of every loan, a warehouse lender, or a commitment to lend.

Personal guaranties, reserves, and additional collateral may be required. Occupancy and use of proceeds are reviewed before a file is structured. Values, ARV, and income you provide are not appraisals or underwriting conclusions.
