GennieMac® Capital is the commercial and specialized lending arm of GennieMac® [GNMC]. GennieMac® Capital [GNMC] (“we,” “us,” “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information through genniemac.com in connection with commercial real estate, business-purpose, and specialized lending inquiries. This Privacy Policy describes those practices.

This website is not a consumer residential mortgage website. Owner-occupied and consumer home loans are originated only through GenNext.Mortgage® [NMLS 2326098]. If you indicate that a borrower will occupy the property as a residence, we will not process that inquiry on this brand.

The legal name of the licensed company appears in the website footer. Company NMLS ID #2326098. Confirm current licensing on NMLS Consumer Access.

Information we collect

When you visit the site or submit a scenario, we may collect:

• Identifiers and contact data you provide: name, email, phone, company, role, and borrowing entity.
• Commercial and transaction facts: property address and type, occupancy, strategy, estimated values and loan amount, exit, experience, and any message you include.
• Self-reported financial information you choose to provide (for example an approximate credit score or liquidity). We do not pull a consumer credit report from this website.

Financial privacy (GLBA)

As a licensed mortgage company, we are a financial institution under the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (“GLBA”). Information collected to provide a financial product or service is used and shared as permitted by GLBA and applicable regulations, including with lenders, title and settlement providers, appraisers, and other parties reasonably necessary to evaluate or close a file, and as required by law.

This website is directed to commercial and business-purpose borrowers and referral sources. Consumer residential mortgage customers of GenNext.Mortgage® [NMLS 2326098] receive that brand’s privacy notice in connection with those products. We do not use this site to take consumer residential applications.

Sharing

We may share information:

• With lenders, brokers, and professional advisors who help evaluate or process a commercial or specialized file.
• With service providers who host this website, store records, or provide communications and IT support, under confidentiality and security obligations.
• When you ask us to, when required by law, court order, or regulator, or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of our systems.
• In connection with a corporate transaction such as a merger or sale of assets, subject to applicable law.

You may email Advisors@GennieMac.com to request access to or deletion of personal information we hold about you, subject to legal and recordkeeping requirements. We may need to verify your identity. Licensed lending files may need to be retained even if a marketing record can be deleted.

California privacy notice

This section supplements the policy for California residents under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the CPRA (“CCPA”), to the extent CCPA applies. Information collected in connection with providing a financial product or service that is subject to GLBA may be exempt from CCPA. Other website information (for example, browsing data) may still be covered.

In the past 12 months we may have collected identifiers, commercial information related to a property or transaction, internet or electronic activity, and professional information, from you and from your devices, for the purposes described above. We do not collect biometric identifiers on this site. We have not sold personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

California residents may request to know, delete, or correct personal information, and to opt out of sale or sharing (we do not sell or share as those terms are defined). You may use an authorized agent; we will require proof of authorization. We will not discriminate against you for exercising CCPA rights.
